Every client's rate looks a little different. It depends on things like transaction volume, add-ons (payroll, invoicing, etc.), and how complex your books are. Right now, most clients fall between $400–$1,200/month. Once we agree on a rate, it doesn't change from month to month so you always know what to expect. The one exception is clean-up work, which is typically billed hourly since the scope varies project to project.

Bookkeeping doesn’t just happen at tax time. It happens every day, providing up-t0-date numbers to prevent anything from slipping through the cracks and help you make the best decisions.

You can think of me as your bookkeeping bestie! Here to answer a quick question, alert you when I hear of something cool you could implement, and make you feel valued and supported. I’ll hold your hand through the onboarding process and send you monthly check-in emails to let you know you and your books are on my mind. Want to talk something through further?     I’ll send you a list of all access needed to begin working on your books, and guide you through the process

  • Bookkeeping Begins

    Once your contract is signed and onboarding is complete, I’ll work on preparing your first set of reports and include insights into your financials
